Nancy, Kate and the team received some wonderful comments from players throughout the year – a clear sign that there really is something special about the Ladbrokes chat room.
The highlight of 2007 for Ladbrokes CMs came in June when the team finished third in the UK CM Vote, with Brian named the most popular CM that month.
