Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.
Hi, I'm CH Bella or "Oyu". Well, that's wot mum called me, "Oyu stop that...Oyu behave...Oyu bed now..."
I am 21 years and 386 months old. I was born in plymouth but live in northest UK now. I have 4 kids grown and flown and have been married twice.
I found out at an early age I can talk under water. I like to go fishing as it's not too much energy to use.
Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?
I have been a CH now for about 20 months.
Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?
I was a player and used to tease all the CH's especially CMSuzie (who's my boss now). I think I was asked if I would like to be a CH as punishment...rofl..joke. It's a fantastic job - made so because all the CH's here are great, and Suzie is the best (honest).
Q4: What do you like most about the job?
The best thing about the job is the players. They are so funny and friendly. You don't have to travel to and from work. It's like having great friends in the house without having to wash all the coffee cups when they leave!
Q5: What is the worst part of the job?
The worst part is leaving when i finish my shift and not been able to hit the caller when she/he don't listen!
Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?
I don't have a favourite chat game but I love it when a chat game is won and I can give points to the players.
Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?
The funniest thing...ummm...there are so many, but I think one of the best laughs we all had was...
I like to tease the players and have a little joke about the fire drill; asking players to leave the room in an orderly manner, assemble in another room and wait for the all clear. One day some players did. It was sooo funny.
Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?
I wish I knew what makes a good CM! I think being pleasant, happy, fun and helpful are the important starters... and I'm still working on them!
Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?
That's a tricky one! As a player I would like to see better control on other bingo sites. As regards tighter monitoring in their rooms on some sites it seems swearing is the norm. A regulated pay out system would be good as some sites I have played at and won I have either been unable to cashout due to the high playthrough rule or have cashed out but never seen it again...
As a CH then I think most sites would definitely benefit by taking advice from CHJoy (who trained me) and CMSuzie. A site CH is only as good at the boss and our boss is the best. To me foxy bingo site is second to none.
Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?
Yeah players plzz remember... here's a little poem I wrote and dedicated to a great CH I know...
Where's all the numbers caller please?,
The players say you're such a tease,
I'm on my way and if I'm able,
Gonna spread your programme on the table,
Then sit down and if I must,
Sprinkle it with lucky dust,
Snip, snip, cut and paste,
Put my players numbers first,
Then turn you on and run a test,
So when my players leave to rest,
I can smile and say...Goodbye..Take care...Hurry back...I did my best.
