Ella from Cashmill Bingo

Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

Ella from Cashmill I am married my high school sweetheart and have two sons, one daughter, and two beautiful granddaughters. I am very family oriented. To me the biggest treasures in life you can have are family and friends (and bingo of course). I live in Mickey Mouse Country, and fit right in with all the characters (hehe). Oh and did I mention I love Chocolate?

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

I have had the honor of being a CM at Cashmill Bingo for over 4 years, and Head CM for a over a year.

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I loved teasing the other players and the CM's. Soooo...I sent in a "Funny" Resume to the Head CM at Cashmill Bingo (titled Resume 1 of 50), with goofy reasons I wanted to be a CM just to tease her, and to my surprise she hired me. (guess she didn't want the other 49 resumes). Oh and did I mention I love to talk a lot.

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

Everything! The PLAYERS, our Cashmill Bingo Team, and being involved in my favorite activity BINGO. The players become part of your family. You laugh, cry, and celebrate with each other. And I get to be my normal "silly" self.

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

When my day ends in chat.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

Theme Parties - Where the players change their nicknames related to that week's theme. What creative players we have! It seems to even bring out the quietest players to chat and have fun. The player's just love to keep us guessing who they are.

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

When I came in chat... And NO ONE WAS THERE... The player's all got together and hid from me in the questions room. Man It's scarey in there all by yourself. Took me 5 minutes to find them all. They still tease me about this.

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

Get to know each and everyone one of your players. Listen to your players, they are the best way to improve your self as a CM. Have fun, be silly, but at the same time, be there to help them out with any problems that they may have. Keep them informed on what is happening at your site, and let them know just how important each and every one of them are.

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

To continue to create more specialities for ALL PLAYERS... (example: more side games, more creative styles of playing Bingo for ALL players to play on line, and easier ways for players to be able to deposit).

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

I have learned that being a CM is a "Team Job". This team being: Players, CM's, and Cashmill Bingo's Support Team. Without each and member of this team we would not be complete. Thank you all for letting me have the honor of being a part of the Team!
