Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.
I am a 40 year old mum of 1, divorced but happily so. I love tinkering about on my pc. I live in a totally nutty environment both online and off with mad animals and a house thats quite often bedlam lol.
Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?
3 years and loved every minute of it.
Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?
I was a player and thought that this might be something i could be good at so applied and got the job and never looked back :)
Q4: What do you like most about the job?
I love the roomies they make me laugh, I always finish a shift with at least one funny incident to keep me smiling. The chat here at Betfred in my opinion is second to none, the chat games are fun and the roomies make it a great place to work.
Q5: What is the worst part of the job?
To be honest there is no part of the job I dislike, although I have to say sometimes I might be heard saying I dislike working very early in the morning because I like my bed too much. Heee heee!!!
Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?
Thats a hard one because I have so many games that I like playing but I do like Monkey Mayhem because the roomies tend to like that one and we can have lots of fun.
Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?
We have a phantom horse here at Betfred and he likes to play tricks on the chat hosts, things like getting roomies to pretend they cant see you etc so any of these makes me laugh.
Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?
A good chat host should be someone who can be warm and welcoming, listen to the players and be fair to all, also be a educator of roomies in the site, the games, and the things that are going on within the site.
Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?
The online bingo community is going from strength to strength, it is becoming more and more popular and we see new members coming in every day. I would be happy to see that continue and for online bingo to be as easy and accessible for all.
Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?
Just a big TY to our manager Sarah and the Betfred team for making it such a great place to work. I spend so much of my time here, not only when I am working but also when I'm not. I am always interested in whats going on, it's my second home. :)
